Butch Swank
CEO
Butch is a Florida native and a devoted family man who loves spending time with his wife and two children. His passions include cooking, emphasizing BBQ, butter, and pizza – not necessarily in that order. He is an avid athlete who loves biking, weightlifting, and swimming. He’s a bit of a science-fiction nerd who enjoys reading and loves laughing with family and friends.
The quality of our children’s education is a huge priority he believes is worth fighting for. As such, Butch has served as president of the Lehigh Elementary School Advisory Committee and partnered with Lehigh Elementary to establish a Watch D.O.G.S. program. He’s a founding member of the East Lee Education Cooperative, and the School Board of the Lee County School District selected him to serve on the district’s audit committee. (That’s a ton of fun!) Additionally, Butch is a member of the Horizon Council, which is an 85-member group focused on the support of all businesses in Southwest Florida. 🌊

Vernon Densler has been charting a course through the seas of electronics and technology since he was a young lad. With a passion for innovation and a love for the open waters, Vernon has navigated through various esteemed ports in his career.
You may be wondering what the MIIOM after his name means. It stands for Member International Institute of Obsolescence Management. Highlighting Vernon’s experience in the Obsolescence Management dicipline.
Vernon spent 3 years at Sourceability, honing his skills and setting sail towards new horizons. His previous journey was 3 years at SiliconExpert, where he learned the ropes of component data intelligence. The bulk of his voyage was at Northrop Grumman, where he served for 18 years as both a Systems Engineer and Manager, overseeing critical operations in Obsolescence Management and Spares & Repairs.
Beyond his technical prowess, Vernon is also a talented singer-songwriter, blending his love for music with his technical acumen. His dual passions harmonize perfectly, much like the waves and the wind.
Now at the helm of the Blue Water Components’ Technology and Marketing departments, Captain Densler leads with a steady hand and a visionary outlook, ensuring smooth sailing for the company’s technological advancements. When he’s not steering the ship at work, Vernon enjoys creating music and exploring new innovations, always staying ahead of the tide. 🌊⚓️
