Butch Swank
President
Butch Swank has been in the electronics industry since 1996. He accepted a sales executive position at America II Electronics. He excelled at this and two years later was promoted to sales manager. His new sales team was quickly amongst the top offices worldwide in both sales production and penetration of new markets. Butch’s primary focus on the global marketplace, vetting of vendors and deepening client relationships helped his team achieve tremendous success. After eight years working for America II Butch had many opportunities offered to him from a wide range of companies. Ultimately, Butch decided to form his own company focused on commitment to and understanding of each unique customer. Outside of work Butch spends time helping organizations like WatchDOGS encourage fathers to spend more time at their child’s school
Jim Allen
Sales Manager
Jim Allen is the sales manager for BWC. He’s been with us since 2011 and brings over 25 years of sales and business development experience with him. In short, Jim is one of the most talented people on the planet to identify client needs and how we help improve their supply chain. He is focused on helping with inventory control and warranty administration. He has a keen talent for identifying each unique needs and making sure we strive to meet each of them. Ask our clients, his work product and ethic are second to none.
